Returns & Exchanges

At VIM & VIGR, we want you to love your compression legwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original condition. Whether you need a different size or a new style, our process is designed to be as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and securely seal them in a shipping mailer with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange shipment as soon as it is processed at our warehouse.
